- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup or honey, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
