As a part of Spenga's You vs. You Challenge (Mokena Studio), participants received a complimentary session with a Well-Choices Nutritionist. I recently started working with a nutritionist to provide me support while reaching for my personal goals. We have been fine tuning my diet with an emphasis on higher protein intake and focusing on what I CAN eat and not what I CAN'T. I’ve had wonderful support from my nutritionist with well choices. Customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a natural based nutritionist. I have been working with Ilysha for a couple weeks. I am so impressed with the access I have on the app to ask her questions at any time. I am eager to start my meal planning, as I need to lose stubborn baby weight. She helped me clean up my supplements that is helping me feel better and more energized. I found it helpful to think about why I crave certain foods. To be able to recognize whether I'm truly hungry or just needing comfort, helps me to give myself some grace. It makes me pause to think about other choices I can make to satisfy my craving. Thank you for explaining the science behind cravings!

I have been working with Well-Choices for only a couple weeks now. I have to say this is the first program that has made me feel good about talking about nutrition. The holistic approach makes all the difference. Working towards nutrition goals from a lifestyle standpoint versus a diet standpoint is extremely refreshing. The first week of my program we focused mainly on improving sleep quality and stress management. The meals that my nutritionist selects for my nutrition guidelines are super easy to make and delicious. They don’t feel restrictive at all. I am not by any means someone who enjoys cooking or spending time in the kitchen, however, I’ve received many compliments on the meals that I’ve created asking where I bought them from. The recipes are easy to follow. And don’t take much time at all which is great for my busy schedule.

My licensed and very knowledgeable nutritionist at Well-Choices is extremely familiar & educated with female hormones, diets, better choices, supplements, etc. It’s been great having her help myself and my husband both repair and achieve our physical goals. Highly recommend Nikki and Well-Choices!My husband lost 10 lbs in 1 1/2 months just by eating better - and he’s enjoying the meals and snacks so much more! They are a great program. There are no scam diets or gimmicks. It’s all natural normal healthy standards everyone should already be doing. It’s common sense basically but with mainstream modern diet or health standards it’s promoting dangerous healthcare for us.If you’re think twice, please join the program. It’s affordable and you have to stay consistent. I lost 4 pounds after 2-3 weeks. They’re not printing pills or HCG drops. No it’s you and the nutritionist with a plan.
