The majority of people struggle to lose weight and achieve their long-term health goals. Well-Choices is on a mission to fix that.

Well-Choices utilizes DNA and Lab Testing to understand each client’s unique body chemistry, genetic predispositions, and underlying health issues to create the most comprehensive and effective programming possible.

Helping clients achieve their goals without sacrificing their long-term health.

Well-Choices Counselors utilize the most advanced diagnostic tests available to increase success rates, increase lifestyle satisfaction, and improve long-term health.

Well-Choices isn’t in the business of selling tests. We Change Lives.

Well-Choices Coaches utilize any recent third-party tests, blood work from annual physicals, or insurance-covered testing options to lower the costs for our clients.

Our genetics play a large role in who we are and how our bodies react to stimulation to everything from food to stress. Understanding a clients predispositions allows Well-Choices Specialists to create extremely individualized and effective programs and guidelines that increase our client’s success rates.

How much do our genetics affect our health?

Even conservative experts agree that genetics are responsible for approximately 33% of outcomes.

Well-Choices DNA Test Kits cost $99, which includes the test and shipping to the client and back to our lab for analysis.

Once our lab receives the DNA kit, it is analyzed and sent to the Well-Choices Counselor to be reviewed with you and implemented into your programming along with any other available lab results.  Results are available in the Well-Choices App.

Clients can send Well-Choices the raw data from a previous test, and we will analyze it at no additional cost.

We accept DNA raw data from 23andMe, Ancestry, Courtagen, FamilyTreeDNA, MyHeritage, Atlas, MapMyGenome, Diagnomics, DNALand, and LivingDNA (among others). Our team can help clients retrieve the properly formatted raw data from third-party software.
