Kali has worked as a dietitian in numerous settings from private practice, inpatient hospital, diabetes education center and outpatient primary care.  She works with patients of all ages, with a variety of health conditions and activity levels.  She loves to hear patient’s stories and problem-solve with them to discover the most realistic and successful plan to achieve a goal.

Kim has taught nutrition classes to large groups on topics like obesity, heart health, osteoporosis, cancer prevention, plant-based diets and gluten-free diet. 
 
Kim loves to hear her clients’ stories and meet them where they are at. She pays close attention to understanding various symptoms they are experiencing and works together with clients to come up with goals that are realistic and sustainable long term. She believes it takes time to develop new habits and she wants to be the client’s support system to do just that!  She is non-judgmental and loves to try to help clients overcome setbacks and obstacles which are often inevitable in their journey. She completed her dietetic internship in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and now is thrilled to call Colorado home. Brooke has 12 years of experience working with clients dealing with all kinds of health challenges, ranging from cardiovascular disease to inflammatory bowel conditions. Brooke’s real passion for nutrition started when she was diagnosed with lupus and multiple other autoimmune conditions back in 2014.

She specializes in gut health, autoimmune disease and thyroid dysfunction. She looks to get to the root of the issue and takes a functional treatment approach when approaching these issues. Brooke is passionate about sharing how diet and lifestyle have helped her manage her chronic conditions and loves to help her clients achieve their own health and wellness goals.
