Well-Choices Specialists are recruited for their passion and commitment to their client’s success. You can choose from a group of experienced specialists with advanced training and degrees, including Registered Dietitians, Holistic Nutritionists, and Naturopathic Doctors.
Liz Keller will customize the programming and content to meet your goals and background, whether you are a performance athlete, on a weight loss journey, or just getting started.
Liz Keller is a Holistic Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Queens College, and a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Bridgeport University. She is a certified CDC National DDP Lifestyle Coach through Solera Health. She has worked as a nutritionist since 2013 with experience working for a national nutrition & weight loss company and establishing nutritional programs at fitness facilities in Long Island NY where she lives. Her approach to nutritional counseling can be described as mindful eating with an emphasis on stress management, positive psychology, and habit development.

How does the Well-Choices Holistic Nutrition Therapy program work?
Clients select the plan and coaching frequency that is right for them. Once signed up, they can choose their counselor and schedule their first session. During the first session, the client will work with their Well-Choices nutritionist to map out their goals and create a plan for success. At the end of the session, the client will download the Well-Choices app and communicate with their coach via unlimited in-app messaging while receiving weekly articles, videos, meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists to reinforce their healthy lifestyle change. Clients will meet with their coach weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to continue their nutrition counseling.
Do I need to get a DNA test, Lab, or other Biomarker tests?
All Testing Is Optional. While DNA and Biomarker Testing improves client outcomes and provides valuable insight, it is not necessary to the Well-Choices program.
What are the differences in the programs?
Well-Choices offers Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Coaching programs. All programs include on-one video coaching, unlimited messaging, emails, articles, weekly meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. The differences in programs and prices are based on how frequently the client meets with the coach via video conference each month. Clients can switch programs at any time.
Who are the Well-Choices Nutritionists?
Well-Choices nutritionists are specialists with advanced degrees and training from accredited Universities. Well-Choices coaches are Dietitians, Naturopathic Doctors, or Holistic Nutrition Specialists.
Who develops the Holistic Nutrition Therapy program content?
The Well-Choices program development team comprises a diverse background of health and wellness professionals, including Dieticians, Naturopathic Doctors, Clinicians, and Medical Doctors.
How effective is the Holistic Nutrition Therapy program?
Clients work with Well-Choices toward various goals, including weight loss, muscle gains, lower stress, and better sleep. The Well-Choices program is designed to help clients create healthy long-term lifestyle changes, no crash diets or unhealthy short-term solutions. Weight loss clients should plan for fat loss of 1 -2 lbs. per week.
What are the fees and length of commitment?
There are no start-up fees, cancellation fees, or long-term contracts. All memberships are month to month. Clients simply pay the monthly counseling rate for the membership they select; clients can change or cancel their membership at any time.
