Working with Brooke has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. She was excellent at gathering all of my information and facilitating questions to help me dig deeper into my health concerns. The diagnostic process was much better than anything I’ve experienced with other providers. Her approach is very patient and guides toward appropriate goals with clear steps. I found Well-Choices through an offer at the place I exercise. I’ve been a client for over 2 years, have lost 40 pounds and am keeping it off. I speak with my RD twice a month but when I’m stressed, I flex to every week. The personal attention and advice is the key to my success. Ilysha is a good listener and adapts to my changing needs. She is always positive even when I’m not. I credit Ilysha with altering my mindset about food. She has provided sound advice that has been integral to my weight loss. Really good experience with Well Choices. I have very high expectations of service companies, so I seldom give five-star ratings. After my initial interview they assigned the perfect Nutritionist for me. Kimberlee was fantastic...one of the best health care professionals I've worked with...ever! I was looking for support in my nutrition journey and Holistic Nutrition came highly recommended. I was struggling with not only nutrition issues and trying to eat healthy but also with ADHD symptoms, fatigue and no motivation. I was assigned to Kimberlee who works remotely and she was not only so sweet but extremely encouraging, motivating and knowledgeable! She gave me a ton of tools to work with when I’m feeling overwhelmed and I use them every day! After struggling to lose weight and a major health scare, I was referred to Liz with Well-Choices. To say I'm grateful to have met Liz would be an understatement. Liz is educating me on making informative decisions when it comes to my eating choices and portions. In addition, Liz had provided tips on managing my stress and incorporating exercises into my routine.

Working with Well-Choices has changed my perspective on my health fitness and longevity. Without making drastic changes I was able to lose 30lbs of fat while working with my nutritionist and still going. Can’t say enough good things about this company. It’s the first time I’ve worked with someone who had the approach not about deprivation but about all of the things I can add and be positive about. Not a fad, gimmick, or a way to just sell supplements. The best.
Kimberlee is a highly knowledgeable coach at WellChoices, and a such a positive light in this world. Working with her has made a huge difference ton my well being. This company is AMAZING, if you are looking to go on a health journey these are the people you want to tap in with. My coach was amazing very personable, had great insight. Unfortunately, I could not continue with the program due to health issues and they were kind enough to refund my money. This company truly cares about you and helping you as a person. As a part of Spenga's You vs. You Challenge (Mokena Studio), participants received a complimentary session with a Well-Choices Nutritionist. I recently started working with a nutritionist to provide me support while reaching for my personal goals. We have been fine tuning my diet with an emphasis on higher protein intake and focusing on what I CAN eat and not what I CAN'T. I’ve had wonderful support from my nutritionist with well choices. Customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a natural based nutritionist. I have been working with Ilysha for a couple weeks. I am so impressed with the access I have on the app to ask her questions at any time. I am eager to start my meal planning, as I need to lose stubborn baby weight. She helped me clean up my supplements that is helping me feel better and more energized. It’s also less expensive than what I was doing before.

I found it helpful to think about why I crave certain foods. To be able to recognize whether I'm truly hungry or just needing comfort, helps me to give myself some grace. I have been working with Well-Choices for only a couple weeks now. I have to say this is the first program that has made me feel good about talking about nutrition. The holistic approach makes all the difference. Working towards nutrition goals from a lifestyle standpoint versus a diet standpoint is extremely refreshing. The first week of my program we focused mainly on improving sleep quality and stress management. The meals that my nutritionist selects for my nutrition guidelines are super easy to make and delicious. They don’t feel restrictive at all. I am not by any means someone who enjoys cooking or spending time in the kitchen, however, I’ve received many compliments on the meals that I’ve created asking where I bought them from. The recipes are easy to follow. And don’t take much time at all which is great for my busy schedule.

They are a great program. There are no scam diets or gimmicks. It’s all natural normal healthy standards everyone should already be doing. It’s common sense basically but with mainstream modern diet or health standards it’s promoting dangerous healthcare for us.

If you’re think twice, please join the program. It’s affordable and you have to stay consistent. I lost 4 pounds after 2-3 weeks. They’re not printing pills or HCG drops. No it’s you and the nutritionist with a plan.

Nikki has over 12 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Since earning a Masters’ Degree in Wellness, I have focused primarily on holistic nutrition and the importance of the mind-body connection for health and wellness, becoming a yoga teacher to deepen my expertise that I now share with my clients as part of their wellness journey. I believe that good nutrition practices begin with awareness of where you are and making small and sustainable changes over time.

My superpower is the ability to take the complex science of nutrition and apply it to daily life in a way that is accessible and simple to implement. I credit military life as both an Army brat and wife for my ability to see complex problems as a series of small solutions- a skill that has served me in my own wellness pursuits as well as those of my clients. I have worked with clients in diabetes management, cardiac rehab, and chronic disease management as well as women’s wellness, gut health, auto-immune, eating disorders, weight loss, and hormone balance.

I’m happiest working with clients while my 4 Shiba Inu dogs sit at my feet, but I also make the
time for creating recipes in the kitchen, hiking, gardening, and golf as often as possible.

Jenny is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience.  She studied nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and had special training in pediatrics. She worked in different hospital settings and clinics in California for over a decade, including UCSF and Stanford Medical Centers.

Jenny is passionate about nutrition and helping families make positive changes. She works everyday with kids and families to address nutrition concerns and set obtainable goals. She takes pride in helping families reach a healthier understanding and approach to eating so that they reach their health goals.

Jenny currently lives in Bend, OR where she enjoys the outdoors, running, snowboarding, paddle boarding, cooking and spending time with her husband and two little boys.

Dr. Jennifer Koslo, PhD, RDN, LDN, CPT is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), licensed dietitian in the state of Texas, and an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and has been a practicing dietitian for over 23 years. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology from Juniata College, a dual Master of Science degree in human nutrition/exercise science from Colorado State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in education from Capella University.

Jennifer’s experience includes almost three years as a US Peace Corps fisheries volunteer in Sierra Leone, West Africa; working in clinical nutrition as a cardiac dietitian; for a state health department as the chronic disease nutritionist; as a college professor teaching nutrition, sports nutrition, health coaching, mindfulness and other topics, and as a private practice dietitian, and author of ten healthy eating cookbooks.

Ilysha’s approach to nutrition coaching is to make small habit-based changes while working to identify the root cause of each client’s obstacles (gut health, metabolism, thyroid, hormones, stress/adrenal dysfunction, autoimmunity, etc).  She utilizes these findings, along with the clients’ goals, lifestyle, and readiness for change, to create plans tailored to the individual.

Jordan Hostetler is Functional Registered Dietitian who obtained a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at East Carolina University. During her five years in clinical nutrition, she completed an extensive 13-month intensive functional nutrition practitioner program.

 Jordan has worked with individuals of all ages with different health complications and barriers, all striving to reach their goals and improve their health.  She is able to assist in their healing by listening to their stories, building trust within her and themselves, educating, and creating personalized interventions.  She enjoys working with clients who struggle with chronic stress/cortisol mismanagement, which often present as stubborn weight gain, GI imbalance, blood sugar dysregulation, inflammation, poor diet, and/or hormone imbalance.
