  • 1 large head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Chives (optional, for garnish)


  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are very tender.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a food processor.
  3. Add minced garlic, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
  5. Garnish with fresh chives, if desired.
