Bonnie earned her Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from Bryant University in 2009 and Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2013. In 2017 she earned her Health Coach certification through the International Association of Wellness Professionals and has since worked extensively with individuals in multiple settings, including non-profit clinics, corporate wellness, and individual private practice. Her focus is on the mind/body connection and how what we think and feel impacts our health behaviors. Her first goal is to connect with you, listen to you, and best understand YOUR goals so that she may help to keep you accountable and manage your priorities. Adopting health behaviors can be a pleasurable and empowering experience and she feels honored to be able to walk with others through their journey to better health.

Abby has been a Wellness Coach and Tobacco Treatment Specialist in the mental health field since February of 2019. Abby completed her certifications in Health and Life Coaching from the Health Coach Institute in July of 2020. Abby has over three years of experience working directly with clients to manage chronic diseases and to support clients with identifying, implementing, and supporting healthier lifestyles. Abby received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2014 and is currently obtaining her Masters in Health Care Administration at Park University. Abby also completed certifications in 2019 in Nutrition, Chronic Disease, and Health Promotion from Park Hill.

Liz Keller is a Holistic Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Queens College. She is a certified CDC National DDP Lifestyle Coach through Solera Health and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Bridgeport University. She has worked as a nutritionist since 2013 with experience working for a national nutrition & weight loss company and establishing nutritional programs at fitness facilities in Long Island NY where she lives. Her approach to nutritional counseling can be described as mindful eating with an emphasis on stress management, positive psychology, and habit development.
