What To Expect

The Well-Choices program is designed to help clients achieve fitness and wellness goals through holistic lifestyle changes in nutrition, activity, exercise, hydration, sleep, stress management.

Your Well-Choices coach will inquire about your goals, habits, health, and lifestyle to help guide you through the ups and downs of developing a healthier lifestyle.  The discussion will be focused on wellness topics including nutrition, activity, exercise, hydration, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle change.

  • 1 Video Coaching Session per month with the coach of your choice.
  • 1 Additional Bonus Session the first month.
  • Unlimited Messaging with your Coach in between sessions.
