Dr. Nikki Kendall, ND
Naturopathic Doctor

Nikki completed her Bachelor’s Degree at University of Nebraska Omaha, went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Bellevue University, then received her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree from the United States School of Naturopathy. She has over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness field and has done everything from teaching group fitness classes to providing personal training services as well as nutrition coaching. Nikki is dedicated to helping others enhance their lives by adopting healthy habits and making fitness a part of their lifestyle. Nikki is also a professor at Midland University where she teaches Sports Nutrition, Health and Wellness, and Assessment of Human Performance. She loves working with student-athletes to improve their performance, enhance their skills, and develop strategies to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of fitness.

Katie Wells, RD
Registered Dietitian

Katie Wells, RD, LD was born and raised in Kentucky where she received her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky. She has always been very passionate about sports nutrition. She is a Crossfit athlete, runner, and fitness enthusiast. Katie has worked with a variety of clients including athletes, diabetes and prediabetes patients, children, vegetarians, and vegans. She is ecstatic to be working with Well-Choices where she will help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals!

Liz Keller
Holistic Nutritionist

Liz Keller is a Holistic Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Queens College. She is a certified CDC National DDP Lifestyle Coach through Solera Health and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Bridgeport University. She has worked as a nutritionist since 2013 with experience working for a national nutrition & weight loss company and establishing nutritional programs at fitness facilities in Long Island NY where she lives. Her approach to nutritional counseling can be described as mindful eating with an emphasis on stress management, positive psychology, and habit development.

Rachel Badtke, RD
Registered Dietician

Rachel Badtke is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Iowa State University where she was also a personal trainer for two years. She specializes in sports nutrition and has experience through a sports nutrition internship with the University of Iowa Sports Nutrition and has continuing education in advanced sports nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship in northern California with a special emphasis on plant-based and whole food nutrition. Rachel combines her professional experience of nutrition and fitness to deliver a holistic approach to wellness. Her personal experience of healing herself through lifestyle changes including nutrition, fitness, sleep, and relaxation techniques is what drives her passion to empower others to do the same, in an individualized method that works for them.
